7. Maintenance of the offer of the competitive auctions:

7.3. Granting conditions:
Period of validity of maintenance of the offer of the competitive auctions 90 (ninety) days from the date of disclosing of offers of the competitive auctions.
Maintenance of the offer of the competitive auctions does not come back the customer in a case:
- A response of the offer of the competitive auctions by the participant after the expiry of the term of its giving;
- Not signing by the participant which became the winner of the auctions, contracts on purchase;
- An unaccordance the winner of the auctions of maintenance of the contract on purchase after the acceptance of its offer of the competitive auctions if granting of such maintenance is provided by the documentation of the competitive auctions.
